Hello, I’m Andrew (Andy) Smothers, and I’m a pastor having served in New York City, Zambia (Africa), Bahrain (Middle East), Montana, and Pennsylvania. I’ve generally served in Presbyterian/Reformed congregations but have, also, served in an ecumenical ministry including Presbyterian/Reformed, Anglican, Methodist, and other denominations.

As pastors, we often talk about doing what we do for the glory of God and not for our own aggrandizement. We rely on the Holy Spirit to guide our work and sustain our bodies. Everything we do is rooted in the work of God. I’ve wanted for a very long time to develop a website where I could share some of the items I develop as a pastor for the use of the greater church — not because it’s perfect or better than what others have developed but because I know that pastors often develop items from scratch that have been developed by the church many times over. My dream would be a site that allows contributions and sharing from pastors and church leaders across the world. That’s a much larger project. For the moment, I’ll try to start posting some of the items I have developed on this site. To access the resources, you can browse the blog or use the resources tab above.
